What is this?

Hi all! I recently got an otoscope and I found this in my ear! Does anyone have any idea what it is? It is at the entrance of my ear canal....I think. I cannot feel it. I also had a good bit of dark ear wax in this ear.

I am going to make an appointment with an ENT.....I just don't know how urgent the situation is. This ear has always been sensitive to Qtips.....so I feel like maybe it has been in there for a while. I'm not completely sure though.

Any advice is appreciated! Thank you in advance.
