I have had these things on my fingers for years (First on ring then on pinky) I went to dermatologists for like 1 year every 2 months i did fungal tests and they still cant find what's causing this anyone know?

Did anyone suggest it may be bacterial? You look as though you have some redness/puffiness under the skin at the base of the nail. Alternately it could be nail psoriasis. Its not always fungal.
