about a week ago i felt a very tiny pimple inbetween my labia. after messing with it, it turned into a small firm bump that itches a little. i sweat and recently shaves. although hair don't grow where the bump is im nervous about what it could be

It could be an inflamed oil gland or hair (sebaceous cyst). They are benign. As long as it's not swollen and doesn't hurt, it's not infected and there's nothing to do. Stop messing with it. Apply warm compress to help it drain.

Its an infected cyst. Nothing dreadful so dont worry....most women get them at some stage. Just keep it clean, dont mess with it and it should come to a head and discharge naturally. Sitting in a warm bath can be helpful.

Looks like a Bartholin cyst. Heat compress and sitz bath should help. If it becomes larger or painful may need to see your GP.
