    I suspect minor vein damage from some impact or rough sex/play.

    It should show signs of improvement within 1-2 weeks if so.

    From the looks of it you have the exact same as me, the red veins and what looks like to me a ring around your meatus of dry skin which is uncomfortable sometimes i'm guessing? I have also messaged you privately to chat.

    Hi Ben I'd have this checked out with your doctor if you haven't already you may need to see a dermatologist. It could possibly be lichen sclerosus?
