What is this?

about a week and a half ago i got these bumps/ulcers on the shaft of my penis, i am sexually active but with a clean partner, she wanted to make sure i was clean before having sex, before her it had been about a month and a half since i last had sex. They don't really hurt, if i masturbate it irritates it more as if it were a rash. They started as bumps that almost looked like ingrown hairs or pimples without the pus, now they look like this. Around the same time these bumps appeared i also got bit on my finger by something, it looks very similar, it's still a red and has a bump. Other than that there aren't any other noticeable symptoms or anything else going on. Please help me clear this up, as i hope it isn't an STD, thanks in advance.imageimageimage

    hey dude, go get tested. I know someone below motioned syphilis and its very possible by just looking at your pictures.
