What is this?!

last week i was raped and i had burning and itching and after 3 days i went to see a doctor she didnt see anything but alot of discharge she said it look like yeast infection so she gave me meds then the iching and burning went away with in a day or two. Then a week later she said it wasnt a uti, yeast infection, chlamydia, gonorrhea. She asked me if I wanted to test myself more to see what it was but the pain and the itching and the burning went away after taking the medicine then after a while it started itching and burning again like two days ago I took a picture of it and now I have the circular openings someone told me that it was syphilis but to me it doesn’t look like syphilis but it doesn’t look like herpes so I don’t know what this is I’m definitely getting myself tested today but I just wanna know if anyone else could tell me because I don’t think I could wait another week when I’m in a half to I’m definitely getting myself tested today but I just wanna know if anyone else could tell me while i wait for the resaults.
