What is this?

These "bumps" appeared in February of 2022. At least, that's when I discovered them. They seemed to go unchanged until recently and now they look to be forming lines. I'm not sure if it's following any veins. I can still feel the bumps under my skin in certain spots. The first picture is from when I first found them and the second picture is from today. Has anyone dealt with anything like this?

I also want to add that I saw my breast cancer doctor in May. (I am BRCA1 positive) He kind of brushed them off as nothing to worry about, saying it was probably skin related, but he didn't really look at the area very well at all.
