Today while i was showering and cleaning my penis i noticed it was burning when the warm water touched my penis after i pulled back the foreskin to wash, im not quite sure what this is is there anyone that can help? i havent been sexually active and the last time ive engaged in any sexual activity was months ago but it was only oral sex

Looks sore mate.. Unfortunately oral can still give you loads of different diseases. Suggest getting tested
