Hi, from time to time glans of my penis get red around the tip. see here on the pic there is few red dots. sometimes the much bigger area around the tip changes colour and gets red. i think it has something to do with erections. not sure. I take really really good care of my penis-hygiene. idk what this can be, is it capilliaries or what
