im not sure what this is , ive had it for 3 days and am in alot of pain . it hurts so bad to use the bathroom .. im a 31 year old female , i had a baby 9 months ago. Ive never had anything like this . any advice on how to treat this ? sorry i know gross . 
i have been through std testing while pregnant as well.

phone doctor ASAP, ask for glycerin cream, do sits bath, apply sudocream lots of times at day especially before bowel movement. and take ibropufen half hour before bm . persist with these methods and it will be alright. also for few days try fasting as well and drink lots of water
