I've taken this picture with a home endoscope tool from my right ear. I feel ear fullness and although I hear clearly my hearing is noticeably different between left and right ear.
Sometimes I also feel in ear pressure difference like when climbing but pops automatically.
I'm somewhere that don't have access to good doctor for a while and wanted your help to know how serious is it? Thanks a lot.
