What is this bump near my Tonsils?

Hi,

I've had this bump near my tonsils for about a week now I believe but I'm not sure what it is exactly. I am hopefully going to go to the walk in clinic soon, due to my family doctor being away for 2 more weeks, but I was hoping maybe someone could give me an idea of what this is? I'm 16 years old, turning 17 in just under a month, I'm hoping that posting this will help my anxiety. Please get back asap, thank youimageimage
