What is this bump on my penis? Possibly warts/HPV?

I noticed this bump on my penis a day after I had sex with a new partner. It is slightly dark, flat, stretches with my skin, is irregularly shaped, and is painless.

I know that would be quick for HPV to appear but it's possible I already had it and the timing of appearance is a coincidence.

Please ignore the hypopigmented spots, the pinkish spots are from a cryotherapy treatment I had before for molluscum months ago. I dont believe this bump is molluscum.

Already went to a sexual health center and they weren't sure.

    might be a wart. but if so its a very low risk one and might just be a 1 time thing i recommed going to the doctor for some cream.
