What is this bump on my vagina?

This bump has been on my right outer labia lip for at least 1 year and a half now. Maybe even 2 years. It's been on my labia long before I had sex so I don't think it's an STD or anything, especially because it's one isolated bump, not a group of bumps. But it never goes away no matter what I do. I've tried to pop it by squeezing it and stabbing it with a needle and no liquid ever comes out. I've tried plucking nearby hairs out of it, but that does nothing either. I've even tried applying tretinoin (a topical cream used to treat acne) in case if it's a pimple and it does nothing to it. It's not painful, or itchy. I really don't notice it unless I'm looking at my vagina or I touch it but I don't like it for aesthetic reasons, and I've tried to find answers online but nothing seems to clarify what it is because it's not going away, and every possible condition that would cause a bump like this should've gone away already, it's been years now. It's a bit irritated right now because I stuck a sewing needle in it two days ago to try and pop it and now it burns whenever my urine touches it. But what could this be? It's very tiny, about the size of a 'nerd' (the candy), and it's not underneath the skin like a cyst would be, it literally looks like a pimple but it feels like a tiny ball. The flesh is a bit lighter than my skin tone, and it looks like it could have fluid in it but nothing ever comes out. I've gone to gynecologists for routine checkups and they've never brought it up or pointed it out, so I assume that it's not too serious but what could it be and how can I get rid of it? Any feedback?

I think its a fatty lump that is securely attached to the underlying tissues. So you wont get anything out of it. Its totally harmless and the only way to get rid of it is to have it surgically removed by a professional...probably a gynaecologist. Dont stick needles into it...you may cause an infection.
