im not sexually educated enough to know if this is herpes or any type of stds .

no u just get lumpy skin growths might get the occssional itch but nothing really that stands out much with warts the photo is a little grainy so its difficult for me to say 100% that is wat it is if u can post a clearer photo it would be helpful
