I've had this red patch near my right knee on my leg for a while now. I have eczema but I don't remember a patch like this. It can be itchy too. Wondered what this could be!

it looks somewhat similar to a red patch i have. it almost looks like i got a severe burn. sometimes its dry, but sometimes its wet. and it does not itch or burn, but if i end up scratching, it is an insane non stop itch feeling. then i ended up getting these dots a couple days ago. Waiting for dermatologist appointment to get some answers.

It looks like psoriasis at a guess. Do you have steroid creams for your eczema?If so you could try some of it on the patch. You really need to see your doctor or a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis. There are lots of preparations you can buy for psoriasis from your chemist/pharmacist,but a definite diagnosis is better.Does anyone in your family have psoriasis?
