What is this condition?

![image]I was having lot of flakes on scalp so i decided to shave the head but when I did it was like this ,then consulted doctor he prescribed medication ( shampoo,tablets and oil) . after a month it started to disappear but now my scalp is flaky again and is itching at night.the only dermatologist in my town has left due to covid.
