hello, what this could be? looks like a cyst? i had this from above one year,i coulnd´t go to the medic yet because i don´t had time yet ! it doesnt hurt or nothing, this can be erased by a urologist? please help me Is this dangerous?

This does look like a cyst of some kind. I'd go to the dermatologist and/or urologist to confirm.
