What is this? Genital herpes?

please help. it is very itchy and white discharge came out. this appeared yesterday and already moved along this far.

    i wouldn't say that looks like herpes no, not sire as there is only one little bump. could be thrush or yeast infection.

    I see the red bump which could herpes or something else. If it is itchy and lots of discharge, it's more likely yeast. Yeast discharge is generally clumpy white cheese-like. Whatever products you have been using stop.
