What is this? Herpes?

I have an appointment later today to be seen, but i am sick to my stomach... it started off with a yeast infection (thick white discharge) and only two tears by my vulva. No bumps before the tears above my vulva. Don't have any other symptoms. i usually get little tears above my vulva when i have a yeast infection cause of the discharge, but these are worse. Ive also now noticed these pimple like blisters where my hair follicle has grown. Ive only been with one person and he has never had a cold sore or anything odd happen down there. image
