What is this ?! Herpes? Allergic Reaction? Yeast sore?

I have been seeing my boyfriend for about a month now. I have had STD testing prior to starting to date him. I have always come back negative. On Sunday, I shaved and used a vaginal mask to brighten the skin down there. Its very dark from shaving for years. That night I went to his place and we had sex. I noticed later that night, it felt like I tore. But that was that. Nothing else bothered me. We do practice harder sex , so it's kind of par for the course. I do also want to add we are both heavier people. Monday morning I woke up and it still hurt. I went to look at it in my phone camera, and noticed a bump right next to my vaginal opening, but not inside. it's like on the outer lip. I figured ingrown hair... whatever. As the day went on , I was fine. Still felt a little sore but that was it. Around 2pm I took a shower , and upon cleansing my girl I noticed I had 2 more bumps! One right at the top near my clit but also still on my skin. And one in my perineal area. Off to the side from my anus. Immediately freaked out. He fine. No lumps or bumps , nothing. Tuesday morning , I had to go for my work physical , so I was up early. I showered around 8am , and noticed now I had a sore in like the fold between my thigh and my vagina. Like where a bikini leg opening would sit. It also began to really really burn when I pee. Wednesday I showered and nothing seemed to change as far as lumps or bumps. Everything the same. Today, Thursday, I went to the Dr. I showered around 1pm , noticed I have another sore around my anus. Closer to it now and another one it looks like at the bottom of my vaginal opening. I had a Dr appointment at 245pm. She took blood and urine for syphilis, HSV, HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas, and UTI. She refused to do a pelvic exam. Said I would have to go to another Dr upstairs for that. She said my urine dip showed a UTI. And it looked cloudy like it could be yeasty? idk what that means. please please take a look at the photos, I am sorry for the gruesome nature of them. Tell me what you think.

it looks like it could be a mild outbreak if herpes but you wont know for sure until you get a swab and a blood test at the 12-16 week mark for definite results. do you have a history with cold sores? Did you receive oral sex? I also think its odd they didnt examine you they shouldve took a swab.
