Haven't been having any noticeable symptoms but I masturbated with some lube this morning and during and after my penis around my head and upper part of my shaft got really red and then I noticed these little red spots under the tip of my penis after I showered probably an hour and a half later ... Does this look like herpes to anyone ?

its a serum by the brand Wet... Ive never really had a problem with it before and probably only masturbated for 10 minutes today as ive been trying to avoid masturbation as my penis gets inflammed when I do... Have been using anti fungal cream for a little over a week now

u should not masturbate if u have had on going irritation its best to stop until fully healed or it just starts all over again
