What is this huge lump at the back of my throat?

24m, no medical issues, fit and healthy don't smoke or anything.

I was looking at my wisdom tooth as it is extremely painful and noticed this massive lump on the opposite side of my throat from where the pain is. It looks like there are holes or something in it... its really weird. I dont have any pain from it or anything. What is this? i think its my tonsil but why is one side bigger than the other?
