What is this I’m scared?!?! Looks like Syphilis

I went to the emergency room three days ago because my vagina was itching really bad and burning out there put the Monistat 3 in because I thought I had a yeast affection come to find out I have vaginitis . I got these open sores there is but I didn’t have any blisters before that the doctor tested me for syphilis but got a negative results now my boyfriend Has open sores but we had I had sex for about 2 week since I started itching down there. He doesn’t have any pain
