Are you referring to the tiny bumps along the ridge of the glans penis? They are called coronal papillae (Google) and are a NORMAL part of your anatomy. Nothing serious and no treatment necessary (see marked image).

No- they are a normal part of your anatomy. All men (or anyone with a penis) have these to a greater or lesser extent.
Please don't be tempted by the prospect of cosmetic surgery/laser therapy etc to eradicate them. It's a waste of money.
