They are not itchy and completely harmless!
I saw 3 of them on my pubic area!
can you help me to know what are these?

Dear khld,
I think they could be molluscum contagiosum (Google), a viral STD. The images you've posted are a little out of focus, but here's a picture from Dermnet NZ for you to compare against- notice the centre is slightly dimpled/umbilicated.
