What is this? Is it Herpes? Pictures Included

I've had these lumps on my labia for way over a week now. I've had the odd lump which turned into a sore for the past year or so, but nothing like this. It isn't painful. Can someone please tell me what they think it is? Or if it is herpes as it doesn't look like what I've see online. I have had the said itchy tingling feeling before i noticed them and I have the same thing in another place currently. Please help! imageimage

ive always been under the impression that fordyce spots dont come and go, if you have them i always figured they would just stay? i could be wrong though. still with that being said it doesnt look like a typical outbreak. i would just watch out to see it any bumps/ulcers form. are you having any weird discharge?

i looked into it and it said that you can get them at any point and they can go away on there own or with treatment. Not that I've noticed. I do think I've had a herpes outbreak before with a couple of spots and usual symptoms. But these are on both sides of the labia. I can't pop them either.

i would just keep an eye on things & get an antibody test to see if what you experienced before was an outbreak or not
