What is this is my stitches

I had an umbilical hernia repair 5 days ago and I have some weird white thing stuck in my stitches. I couldn't find anything on the internet that resembled it. I was hoping maybe someone here could help? This picture is right after a shower and I'm pulling back my stomach a bit to see better. I know it looks irritated but it's not pus. There's a small red arrow pointing to what I'm talking about.
