What is this? Is this caused from yeast infection? Herpes? BV?

Before i go to the doctor i just wanted someone else's opinion on what the think this may be. I've had it before but never this bad or this many. it hurts. I currently have a pretty bad yeast infection. i have had both STD testing and blood work done within the past month or so and both has came back negative for anything besides a yeast infection. I'm scared, nervous, etc. Ive been nonstop worrying to say the least. i have had the same sexual partner for the past year. imageimage

Also to add the redness came after i showered and washed. This is on my labia. There aren't any other lesions anywhere else.
