What is this? It started two days ago

I don't know if this is an outbreak with one singular bump or just an inflamed in grown hair. It does hurt when i wipeimageimage

    it's hard to tell from these photos. I would just say keep an eye on it Make sure it doesn't ulcerate. it doesn't really look like herpes it could be anything but you never know.

      right now its red I guess because I keep forgetting that its there when i wipe. It only hurt when i touch accidentally wipe it. It doesn't burn or sting when i pee. I took another picture but its being moderated.

    watch it for the next few days. if it opens up, likely HSV. if more show up, likely HSV.

      opens up like what? does it bleeds or pus comes out?

      skin on the bump erodes away, usually leaks clearish fluid but may have a yellow tint to it.

    this is the update, the bump is still there and i see a little black dot in it. could this be an infected follicle? image

    Looks like a hair bump but I would go have it swabbed and get std tested just to be on the safe side. Especially if you have had unprotected sex.
