What is this lump?

19F, seemingly healthy, good weight. I've had this lump on my groin for what must be months now, however only recently have i become concerned. It has a hard part and then softer but also raised skin around it. I rang the doctor and they told me it is likely just a swollen lymph node, however it has been here for so long and I do not feel ill. I want to get it checked out, however they told me to wait until after coronavirus. Sometimes it shrinks a bit, and other times it grows. AT THE MOMENT IT IS QUITE BIG AND TENDER, although not too bad. I also seem to have a slight rash developing on the side of it. note i have been tested for stds and came back clean, although not tested for herpes. imageimage

That looks like it could be an abscess and if it is, you need to get antibiotics. Could you do a video call with a dermatologist? It could be staphylococcus aureus, which can be dangerous if you don't get it treated. Which country are you from?
