Pic included. I held up a mirror for the first time in a while and I don't recall seeing this before. I am not sexually active right now and have never had any stds besides a strain of hpv which I cleared years ago. I'm in my late 20s no kids.

Everything looks normal on the photo, except that dark little spot above your vaginal opening. Is that some foreign body?

From the single photo i only see what i believe is a piercing, otherwise normal. If you are still worried try circling it in the photo or uploading another angle.
