What is this lump at the top of my mouth?

In front of my left incisor next to the frenulum at the top of my mouth i have this lump, its inside my face, like under the part where my lip meets my gum and its a bit tender and uncomfortable when i smile or move my mouth.

I don't think a dentist could do much apart from x-ray it since its not where my teeth are or even on my gum, its on my lip tissue and behind my left nostril but i cant fully use my left incisor to bite down on food because it must be near the base of it or something.

Does anyone know what it could be? (i have bruxism and TMD if that means anything)

Thanks
