What is this lump in my vaginal opening

I am currently suffering from the worst UTI I've ever had and will be going to the Dr. tomorrow to make sure it's not a kidney infection or something else. But I have blood in my urine, so I grabbed a mirror to make sure the blood was coming out of my urethra and not my vaginal opening. Any ways, this is what I see in my vaginal opening and now I'm nervous I have uterine prolapse. Does anyone have this "ball of flesh" at their vaginal opening or knows what it is??? I'm terrified now.image
