What is this? Lump on vulva

i recently noticed a bump on my inner labia while using the restroom. over the past two weeks it has gotten more painful, raw, and bigger. it also burns when i pee. i went to the Emergency room. i dont have a yeast infection, my std tests were negative, i dont have bacterial vaginosis, nor do i have aa uti. a little concerned about HPV/genital warts or even cancer of the vulva... The ER did a pap smear and my gynecologist called and she wants to see me Friday morning. im scared. does this look like a wart?!excuse the tissue image
