I'm worried what could this be? Im afraid this could be something else. I am super worried. is this HPV or Vestibular Papillae?or Vestibular papillomatosis?

i think its vestibular papillomatosis but check with at least 2 different doctors since a lot of them dont even know about this benign condition !!
