Im twenty now but noticed it when i was about 14-15 ive had this mark on vagina for a couple of years, its the same colour and its completly flat and all the same colour, its never sore or itchy, just wondering if anyone knows what it is. Maybe how to get rid of it

ive been on medication for years could it be pigmentation from the medication

Its a melanosis and lots of women have them and they never give any problems at all. Some ladies dont even know they have a patch. They can be caused as a reaction to medication but not always. If you are in UK show your GP when you have a chance.
I'm not sure if it would come under Gynae or Dermatology if you are in USA/Canada but I'm sure either would take a look.
A biopsy may be taken but they are usually quite benign
