What is this on genitals?

backstory- I'm about 5 months pregnant, I was diagnosed w hyperemesis gravidarum, severe nausea & vomiting while pregnant, didn't eat for like 2 months & was hospitalized for a week. for that week I didn't shower, gross, I know but I was so weak, I wasn't allowed up or to the bathroom w out help, so I didn't shower. showers drained whatever energy & strength I had & induced my vomiting again. & that's when I noticed these bumps on my anal area first, I thought it was cause I didn't wash my area from not showering, & they kinda went away, there were few as I got better, but now they seem to have reappeared near my vaginal area, still more by my anal area though. there are no bumps near my clitoris or labia, or the vaginal area, just where shown in the pic. I see my obgyn in a couple weeks, but it's bothering me of not knowing. they do itch at times but no burn, they don't burn when I pee, just itch sometimes.

That looks like it could be molluscum contagiosum, a common STD. By chance, do you and your partner have anal sex, or do you perhaps sleep nude with him spooning you from behind where his genitals make contact with your buttocks? Google MC and compare, then get in with your PC...
