on my inner left thigh, like close to my vagina, there's these bumps 
i don't know what it is, and ive never had any type of sex before in my life, and its just been there sometimes it gets irritated and has like a burning sensation, there's also some on my other inner thigh, and there's some on my labia

Can't really say where exactly these are located, but they could be skin tags or MC (although they don't really look like MC).
