what is this on my leg near groin.

I was showering and noticed I had this on my leg near groin.

What is this?

The skin is really dry and It came of with warm water...

    It may be a type of fungal rash. They often occur in the groin region because of warm moist conditions. The usual first treatment that you can buy in most chemist/pharmacies is Canesten cream containing 1% Clotrimazole..Fungal rashes often keep cropping up once you have them, so a good idea to keep some cream handy. If it persists/ gets worse however you need to get advice from your doctor.
