Hi,
This red dot appeared on the end of my nose a few months ago and is not going away, it doesnt hurt or anything but stands out and doesnt really cover up even with make up does anyone know what it might be?

It may be a tiny burst blood vessel like a thread vein. They can be quite common on noses. Give it a while and if it doesnt develop into anything else then either see your doctor or consult a beauty therapist who can treat thread veins.
If it turns into a lump or itches or bleeds then see your doctor only.
