Not easy to see but I'm guessing its a plug of keratin. These are very common on the buttocks and you need to use a stiff brush to work up a lather and really scrub the patch....a hard nail brush is ideal. Scrub both buttocks. Obviously dont make yourself sore. Then dry and massage in some body cream or oil. Do this every evening before bed. Cream is better as oil can stain sheets and underwear. Doesnt have to be anything expensive, look at the body creams on the supermarket shelves.
Dont wear pants at night and try to only wear cotton underwear.
These can often recur, especially on darker skin tones so give your buttocks the treatment at regular intervals. If left they can become infected like a boil.
