What is this piece of skin on my glans?

Hello I have a raised piece of skin on the tip of my penis very close to my urethra I'm worried because through research on google I found that penile cancer almost always effects the glands for background i am 23 and sexually active exclusive with my girlfriend unprotected including oral. in the picture uploaded below I have circled the place of concern also it has been a few months since discovery although I cant pin exactly how long should I be worried or no? UPDATE: it has been a few months now and I still have this concern as it is still there. no one responded feedback the first time so can someone please help if they have insight on it? image
