      Unfortunately it is difficult to tell whether these are connected with or unrelated to the sexual activity you have had. You are best to get a Medical professional to check these out for you, mention the sexual activity you have had and the length of time these have been present - see a Regular / Family Doctor or GP, or if there is a Sexual Health Service you can go to, then go along .....
