What is this please help

image I shaved two days ago and i know i kind of did a very close shave. i think i had sliced the area a bit. it doesn't hurt. I noticed it today when i peed after i had sex because it tingled just ever so slightly. i remember the doctor saying that i have a very low test or 3.00 on my HSV 2 blood test but he told me not to worry about it because i havent had an outbreak that im aware of. this not the first time i shaved super close but this is my first time seeing something like this. im not big on medications because they make me very sick but please help. i dont like doctors too much because they only want to prescribe pills and no other options
