this is appearing then going away then appearing i have tested negative for stds and i also have chronic bv and i have been taking medication but this keeps appearing i don't know what it is
i haven't even been having sex but its been coming and going for a long time when its new it will bleed a bit in tissue when i wipe and it kind of stings when i pee but it only last a few days at that

Hi. This mostly looks like a tear of the skin. You've mentioned that you have been tested and it came back negative and you may have BV. However, this problem keeps coming back and it bleeds and then it goes away. Perhaps you may be cutting yourself unintentionally? I see that you have long nails and perhaps it can be rough to your skin when you're washing. Try to wash more softly and without scratching or using the tip of your nails to wash consider changing soaps to something more for sensitive skin and see if this helps. Try to also be softer in general even with wiping.
