Hello,

Ive had this problem for atleast several years now. Ive got this white rash on my penis head that is not going away and is of bumpy rough texture. It does not cause any kind of discomfort or anything like that but i got a feeling that lately its started spreading just a little bit. I searched online for almost a year now but i cannot find anything close to this. This site is my last hope. Unfortunatly because of my living situation now, i cannot go to any kind of doctor for it. image

Hey man! id ask if youve had sex in the past seven years and if your partners reported any problems on their end? of not then great! but even though i know you said the doctor is out right now i hope it doesn't bother you for me to still say that you should look into affordable STD clinics, i found one for $70 and another for $90 just to cancel out the STD thing and i dont think wellness checks are as expensive as well. can even set up a payment plan with them.

Im almost certain its not an std because 2 years ago (when i noticed it) i did not have any sexual intercourse before.

this may be lichen sclerosis, or some type of infection,, the discoloration seems to have texture elevated above the skin, get this checked ASAP. go to any hospital tell them it hurts alot (even if it doesnt) that way they have a doctor take a look at it... do not wait! early detection is key. tell them you dont have insurance, who cares if you owe the hospital bill they still have to see you. let me ask you some questions.

*has it always had a texture above the skin surface?

    *how old are you?

*do you use anything to lubricate before masturbation?

can you post more pictures, make sure to whipe and clean the lens of the camera b4 you take the photo with good lighting next to a window or lamp.

      to answer your questions:

1)No not always in general, if the head is dry its the texture seems to intesify but if its moist its actualy hard to notice the texture.

      2)Im 22

3)No i dont use any lubricant, and i actualy masturbate often.

ok masturbating dry can cause irritation, i would advise to do it less frequently at least till you figure out what is going on, it could be hindering your lesions.

*do you pull your foreskin back when you pee?

    *are you uncircumcised?

*do you ever use spit as lubrication?

*are the white marks less noticeable when your erect?

*did the marks have texture when you first noticed them 2 years ago? or did they later develop?

you mentioned that you noticed them 2 years ago,

*the first time you ever noticed the lesions, did the discoloring start with small spots and then evolve? - or you first notice larger patch? (as shown in photos) and stayed same size?

the above question is to determine if it has progressed.

*do you recall having less Hygiene around the time you noticed it?

*do you recall having and sort of trauma to the area? (that could be a hit or scratch or friction burn.

The discolouring started with the larger patch. But to be honest i dont know for how long and how big it has been. The discolouring started before the rough texture, and i only hot concerned after i noticed the rough texture.

I basicaly always have the same hygiene routiene.

I dont recal any sort of trauma but i think i did start to masturbate more.
