is this a yeast infection break out? i dont have stanky dishcharge it dosent burn when i pee i notice cottage cheese discharge so i took a 200mg treatment and the discharge stop but this breakout

Looks like vaginal candidiasis (fungal infection) to me.

Yeast infection. See your pcp for meds and changes to your diet/personal hygiene and youll be fine.
