What is this? Please someone help me !!!

My skin was clear a few days ago and out of no where I got this rash type of thing, im not sure whether its fungal Yeast, Dermatitis or Eczema?

    Hi thank you for your response. It has been there for 5 days. Do you think it is an allergic reaction or seborrheic dermatitis ? It seems to get better than get worse
