What is this rash?

Hi all, I’ve attached some photos of a rash I’ve had in seemingly random places on my body over the last week or so and I have no clue what it is, does anybody have any ideas?

I went to the doctors on Monday and they said it looks just like allergies or something but I can think of anything I’ve changed, eaten etc that could cause this. It’s only been getting worse since then and sometimes cane be excruciatingly itchy. It appears under my armpit, on my wrists, on my side, on the top of my legs and hips.

Please if anyone has any ideas please let me know! Thanks in advance.

    ive had these types of hives recently and the doctor just tells me to take histamines but i want to know whats causing them! whether it's stress related, heat or food!
